• Domestic: 3-5 business days 

Order Fulfillment:

• Same-day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Packaging:

• Discreet, temperature-optimized packaging to ensure privacy and product quality.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted, please contact us immediately. Reasonable proof of the damage is required, and upon verification, we will provide a full refund or facilitate a return.

Cancellations:

• Submit cancellation requests via email before the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• LFP Chocolates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we have no control over its delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting your local USPS with the tracking number.

No Returns Policy:
