LFP Chocolates Returns & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

2.3 Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable goods, such as chocolates and other confectioneries, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized items.
2.4 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lfpchocolates.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number and return address.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Conditions

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3.2 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product was received damaged or defective.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@lfpchocolates.com with details and photographs of the damaged item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at support@lfpchocolates.com. Include your order number, details of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
